Step 2: We Collect Your Laundry (What to Expect)

On Collection Day

One of our team arrives at your home within your chosen time window. You hand over your laundry—whether that’s a basket, a laundry bag, or loose items. You don’t need to sort it. You don’t need to separate colours or remove anything delicate. Just hand it over. We provide concierge-level care from the moment we collect.

What Happens to Your Items?

Your laundry is placed in one of our collection bags. We’ll note down any special instructions you’ve mentioned—“gentle on this dress,” “line dry these towels,” etc. If you have regular pickups, we’ll get to know your preferences quickly.

Timing

Collections happen throughout the week. Most customers in Surfers Paradise, Robina, Broadbeach, and other busy suburbs choose Monday, Wednesday, or Friday—but we’ll work with your schedule. Step 3: We Wash, Dry & Fold (Here’s the Good Bit)

Drying
